Covid19 et transfert des MRE : Quel impact ?

Abstract

Within months, the Covid19 pandemic has taken its toll on global and national economic
activity. With the speed of the virus’s spread, countries around the world, including Morocco,
have been forced to impose lockdown as a radical solution to deal with this health crisis.
However, this strategy had a negative impact on Moroccan economic activity, in particular on
the remittances from Moroccans Residing Abroad. Considered to be an important source of
foreign exchange reserves. In this sense and in this context marked by this covid19 crisis, we
have tried through our article to discuss the potential impact of the Covid19 crisis on the
remittances from Moroccans Residing Abroad.
