QUELLE ALLIANCE POSSIBLE ENTRE BONNE GOUVERNANCE ET STRATEGIE RSE POUR UNE MEILLEURE PERFORMANCE DANS LA PME MAROCAINE

Abstract

In a booming Moroccan economy, different governance models elicit several reflections,
since the sole objective of any organization is the sustainable maintenance of the performance
of its teams. Also, the practice of CSR-allied governance has an impact on strategic decisions
in SMEs and on the performance of its teams-elements, which we will focus on in this article.
Indeed, we will try to understand in this context how to manage to maintain the performance
of teams in Casablanca SME. We will begin by analyzing the concept of governance to
demonstrate the role of good governance in human performance management. In addition, we
will reflect on the CSR strategy for SMEs. Our article will present the partial results of our
research, face to face, interview, and questionnaire, which we have conducted to date in 120
SMEs in the region of greater Casablanca.
