After Morocco's return to the African Union and its economic rapprochement with sub-Saharan Africa, Morocco has been able to affirm its openness to the African economy. It has implemented several reforms to successfully integrate. To this end, this article first allows us to analyze trade between these two partners by proposing a descriptive analysis of the structure of trade between Morocco and Africa and, secondly, to identify the potential of trade between them. To do this, we calculated the index of comparative advantages revealed by Morocco and some countries of Sub-Saharan Africa by considering Sub-Saharan Africa as a reference zone. Our results show that Morocco's exportable supply with Sub-Saharan Africa is concentrated on a few products, namely low technology products and especially those with a high intensity of raw materials and natural resources.
