In today’s fast-changing work environment, where uncertainty and constant shifts have become the norm, teams have emerged as a critical element for navigating challenges. These groups are now expected to develop unique qualities that enable them to perform effectively, even in the face of unpredictable circumstances. These conditions explain the focus on the concept of team resilience. However, despite this strong interest, the issue remains complex and there is still much debate on how organizations can promote resilience within teams. Our research addresses this issue by examining a wide range of studies that explore the factors contributing to workplace resilience. Through our study, we found that there is no clear consensus among researchers on the nature of these factors. Our study also allowed us to classify these factors according to their nature, which helped to highlight the roles they play in team resilience. By synthesizing this information, we hope to provide a solid foundation for future research to refine the understanding of team resilience and to Practitioners by identifying key factors that may play a critical role in the resilience of their teams.
